Educational use
COLREG 72 is an educational study and reference tool. It is not a substitute for official nautical training, current regulations, professional judgment, or safe navigation practice.
You are responsible for verifying information against official sources and for complying with applicable maritime rules and local requirements.
Purchases and access
Paid features, subscriptions, or lifetime access are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat where applicable. Refunds, billing, and subscription management are controlled by the store you used for purchase.
We may update app content, features, and pricing. Previously purchased access remains subject to the purchase terms shown by the relevant store.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal study and exam preparation. You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt services, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, or redistribute paid content without permission.
No warranties
The app is provided as is and as available. We work to keep content accurate, but we do not guarantee that every answer, translation, rule reference, or service will be error-free or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for navigation decisions, examination outcomes, indirect losses, or damages arising from use of the app.
